Contact lists and rotas. The church keeps contact details to inform interested parties of news and information about the church and its activities.
Children’s and youth ministry. The church processes information about children and young people in order to protect their well being and safety when they are involved in church groups and activities.
Gift Aid. The church has to administer donations and offerings given to us under the Gift Aid scheme. This includes processing personal information about tax and employment.
Financial transactions. The church uses bank account details for financial transactions.
4. What is the source of the personal data in Section 2?
All the information that the church collects about you in Section 2 will come from you directly. Parents and carers will also provide the church with information relating to their children and vulnerable adults where necessary.
